Reiki
​
After an introductory chat you will relax laying on a treatment couch or seated in a chair while I connect with the source of Reiki energy. By placing my hands on or just above various locations on your body, I will channel energy so that it may flow to where it is needed. A Reiki session may last upto 60 minutes and cost £40.

Shamanic Services
​
We will start with an initial appointment to better understand your situation, how we can work together and work with spirit to help you progress along your life's path. This initial appointment may include a shamanic journey such as Power Animal Retrieval. Initial appointments may last about 1 to 1.5 hours and cost £40.​ At the end of the initial session we will decide what, if any, further sessions may be appropriate. Subsequent sessions may take around 1 hour and cost £40.

Location
I am based in St Leonard's-on-Sea, East Sussex, where appointments will be in a room dedicated to spiritual practices. Alternatively appointments may be in the comfort of your own home, I am happy to travel to you if you live in the Hastings / St Leonard's area.

About Me
​
From an early age I have felt a close connection with Nature and as the years passed, I became more aware of the spiritual aspects of all life. I learnt that it is possible to connect and communicate more directly with the spiritual realm and wanted to use this to help others. I have been journeying shamanically for 20 years and have developed shamanic skills by training with The Sacred Trust, The Foundation For Shamanic Studies, The Scandinavian Centre For Shamanic Studies, by working with other shamanic practitioners and of course through experience and with the guidance of spirit. In January 2023 I completed Reiki Level 1 training/attunement and a year later was attuned and qualified at Reiki Level 2, both with LoveReiki.co.uk.

I have had conventional careers including corporate roles in environmental management. In 2015 I left the corporate world, retrained and worked in nature conservation for my local countryside ranger team before retiring from regular employment in 2021. My life has seen many new dawns, opportunities for happiness and possibilities for new steps along life's path. I now have the opportunity to do more with the spiritual side of life and be of service to spirit and people; hence I am offering to share my experience with like-minded souls and to work with you.
